• An order was cancelled by us due to stock unavailability or a pricing error

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay. We do not offer cash refunds.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations
