Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return per the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
• In the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included
• Not a category excluded below

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as earphones/earbuds that have been opened, and any product with a broken security seal, cannot be returned unless defective on arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
